Transformation 365 Exercise and Nutrition Coaching is a 12-month program that guides clients through dramatic—yet sustainable—changes in their eating and exercise habits. In this program, I take complex nutritional elements and break them down into small, strategic daily practices—small practices that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle.

Due to the very ‘hands on’ nature of this program, I only accept a limited number of folks each year.

Do you give me a meal plan?
No, I don’t create meal plans.
Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.
This approach is completely different: I help you build a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.
This means you get to choose—with the help of me, your coach—which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat (proper portion sizes).

Why are you offering this type of coaching?
I decided to become a Precision Nutrition Coach and offer this program because I know what it’s like to overcome challenges and have to figure out what it takes to create lasting changes. Mentors and coaches have made all the difference in my life.

I’m a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
Yes. I’ve worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating.
Remember, we were all beginners at some point. And I do my best to make sure all beginners work at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
What if I don’t have much weight to lose but just want to eat better?
It’s great that you don’t have a lot of weight to lose. It means you’re starting out with a big advantage.
Of course, lifelong fitness and health is more than losing weight. With Transformation 365 Exercise and Nutrition Coaching you’ll learn how to maintain a lean and healthy body for life. Plus you’ll develop a new, healthier relationship with food and eating. And that’s something fewer than 5 percent of people know how to do.
I’m interested in building muscle. Is this for me?
Yes. I have custom nutrition habits specifically for people who want to gain muscle. I can also give you an exercise program that will support building muscle as a goal.
I read that you require progress photos. Do I have to submit those?
Well, technically, I don’t require progress photos. They’re completely optional. The reason behind requesting progress photos is to visually document the changes you’re making while coaching with me, so we can both see what you are achieving. (It’s also important for me to see what’s happening so I can help give you better advice when required.) Of course, at the end of your coaching experience, if you’re really proud of your transformation and you will be so proud seeing exactly how far you’ve come.
But, of course, the pictures will be kept totally private at all times. Remember, I’m here to help change bodies and lives, not to embarrass anyone or make them feel ashamed. So you can opt out of the photo process if you want to.
Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?
When it comes to food, most clients actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.
This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods.
As for supplements, I may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are completely optional.
Do I need to have access to a gym?
No. There are workouts options that you can choose to train at the gym or at home.
Do I need special equipment?
Programs can be based on what you have access to, but some form of weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbag or bands etc) is desirable.
I like to (Crossfit, run, bike, swim, ski, do group exercise classes, walk my dog, etc). Can I still do the stuff I love while getting coaching?
Absolutely. Keep doing what you love.
That’s the whole point of Transformation 365 Exercise and Nutrition Coaching—to learn how to eat and exercise in a way that’s fun and most importantly maintainable. And to do this all while living a fuller life.
I follow a special diet (plant-based, vegan, Paleo, intermittent fasting, etc.). Will you still work with me?
Yep, I’d love to work with you. The nutrition habits I guide you through are easily customizable.
All you have to do is let me know what your dietary preferences/restrictions are and I’ll help you out.

How long does the program run for?
